
Classic Tower Hotel – Riyadh
In the heart of Riyadh, I led the full scope of surveying operations for the prestigious 35-story Classic Tower Hotel, which includes 90 royal suites and a range of high-end facilities. My role covered the execution and management of all topographic and construction surveying tasks—from precisely defining site boundaries and elevation levels to establishing permanent control points and ensuring perfect alignment between design and on-site implementation.
I also provided critical surveying consultancy throughout the project, including cut-and-fill volume calculations, utility layouts, and infrastructure planning. I ensured continuous coordination with design and execution teams, allowing for efficient data analysis and updates. This seamless integration helped minimize time and cost waste, while significantly improving on-site performance. Surveying was not just a support function—it was the foundation upon which every detail of the project was built, from ground level to the tower’s peak.


Narcissus Hotel – Riyadh
At the prime intersection of Tahlia and Olaya Streets in Riyadh, I played a key consulting role in the early stages of the luxurious Narcissus Hotel project. I conducted detailed topographic surveys using Total Station and dual-frequency GPS, providing not just data collection but in-depth terrain analysis and slope evaluation to determine optimal grading levels that aligned with the architectural vision.
I also calculated precise cut-and-fill volumes based on the approved design levels, ensuring efficient budget control and minimizing resource waste. My consultancy extended to aligning all surveying data with the construction system, reviewing foundation lines, axes, and elevations to ensure seamless coordination between design and execution—laying a solid foundation for the project’s successful launch.


Narcissus Resort Obhur – Jeddah
Located on a prime Red Sea coastline in North Obhur, Narcissus Resort is one of Jeddah’s most prestigious hospitality projects. I was fully responsible for overseeing all surveying works related to the resort’s infrastructure, starting from the early stages through to execution. My role included precise planning of internal road alignments, asphalt slope design for efficient drainage, and strategic placement of manholes, all tailored to the site’s coastal geological conditions.
Using advanced dual-frequency GPS and Total Station technology, I established a reliable control network and produced detailed topographic maps to support design and construction teams. The accuracy of my work played a vital role in service level management, ensuring smooth traffic flow and drainage throughout the site. This project stands as a clear example of how professional surveying, when applied systematically, can drive efficiency in high-end resort developments.


Etisalat Misr Headquarters – Smart Village
At the Etisalat Misr headquarters project in Smart Village, I was directly involved in the precise surveying of three major administrative buildings—among the largest in Egypt’s telecom sector. My responsibilities included creating the digital terrain model, calculating cut-and-fill volumes, establishing control points, and ensuring accurate alignment between architectural plans and on-site implementation. The project posed significant engineering challenges due to its scale and complexity, deepening my expertise in managing surveys for high-tech, sensitive developments.
My work supported the development of infrastructure aligned with advanced 3G and smart internet services, contributing to improved telecom performance in Egypt. The accuracy and coordination I delivered ensured that all construction proceeded to the highest standards, reflecting my capability to handle complex, multidisciplinary engineering projects.


Arc Business Park – Smart Village
At the Arc Business Park project in Smart Village, I managed the complete execution of surveying works for several mid- and high-rise administrative buildings. The work began with establishing a precise control network tied to the national coordinate system to ensure measurement stability throughout all project phases. I conducted detailed digital terrain modeling (DTM) and elevation analysis to identify optimal foundation points, followed by accurate cut-and-fill calculations using advanced engineering software to control time and budget for earthworks and concrete.
My tasks included precise staking of structural elements such as column grids, load-bearing walls, and buried cable routes, alongside creating a sequential floor leveling system to maintain vertical alignment throughout repeated floors. I also coordinated surveying activities between architectural, structural, and MEP designs using the latest Total Station and Auto Level equipment, effectively minimizing clashes and errors, which accelerated execution and reduced waste.


Novotel Palm Resort – Sharm El Sheikh
One of the key Red Sea tourism projects, I led the complete site surveying before construction in a highly sensitive environmental and engineering area. The work included precise terrain and surrounding structure surveys, detailed survey plans, and asphalt layout maps for infrastructure planning, along with creating full 3D site models using specialized visualization software.
I also developed the final digital 3D visualization of the resort to help design teams and the client clearly envision the finished project and make informed decisions. This project marked a significant step in delivering integrated surveying services combining field accuracy and design professionalism, paving the way for further involvement in major hotel and tourism developments.


Royal City Compound – Sheikh Zayed
In one of the most prestigious residential compounds west of Cairo, I directly managed the topographic survey and engineering staking for Royal City in Sheikh Zayed. The work began with a detailed site survey, establishing ground control points, calibrating instruments, and setting out the execution plans for internal roads, utilities, and residential buildings—all with the highest precision to ensure alignment between plans and site conditions.
My tasks also included accurate excavation and fill quantity calculations, grading and slope adjustments to optimize drainage and infrastructure distribution, and assisting in preparing detailed utility execution plans (electricity, sewage, irrigation). These efforts significantly accelerated project phases and ensured seamless integration of all elements, highlighting the critical role of advanced surveying services in modern urban developments.


Oriana Compound – Cairo Festival City
Located in New Cairo within the Cairo Festival City project, I played a key field role in the topographic survey and engineering staking for Oriana Compound, one of Al-Futtaim Group’s luxury villa developments. The project features elegant architecture and smart infrastructure supporting a high-end lifestyle. My work included detailed topographic surveys and establishing permanent ground control points (GCPs) to ensure precise placement of each villa and its facilities throughout construction phases.
I also handled staking land boundaries, concrete blocks, internal roads, and private gardens, ensuring design flow aligned with the actual terrain. Additionally, I calculated excavation and fill volumes, managed site grading, and determined slopes for rainwater and greywater drainage. This project provided comprehensive experience in managing surveying works for upscale residential developments within a multifunctional smart city.


Narcissus Al Faisaliah Hotel – Riyadh
In the heart of Riyadh, just steps from Al Faisaliah Tower, I served as a surveying consultant for the luxurious Narcissus The Royal Hotel, one of the city’s most prestigious hotels known for its exceptional design and facilities. The hotel’s strategic location provides easy access to key landmarks and features upscale amenities such as royal reception halls, a fitness center, and premium parking. The project included a highly luxurious royal suite demanding the utmost precision in planning and engineering execution.
My role involved reviewing and verifying survey plans to ensure alignment with field conditions, supervising topographic surveys, and establishing ground control points to guarantee the project met global standards of quality and luxury. I paid special attention to the integration of architectural design and infrastructure, particularly around sensitive areas like royal suite entrances and advanced hotel services, contributing to the seamless engineering coordination essential for a project of this scale and prestige.


Brera Hotel – Dammam
Located in one of Dammam’s busiest areas, Brera Hotel offers a luxurious stay blending modern comfort with comprehensive amenities like a fine dining restaurant, fitness center, indoor pool, and smart air-conditioned rooms. Its strategic location serves both business visitors and tourists, making it a notable addition to the Eastern Province’s tourism infrastructure.
My role focused on surveying planning and consultancy, where I reviewed and approved detailed execution plans and supervised the precise surveying work according to approved standards. This included ensuring alignment between survey data and architectural and structural designs, adjusting levels and measurements per the site’s reference system, which ensured smooth execution and timely delivery of project phases with high quality.


Aber Hotel Chain – Saudi Arabia
As part of the expansion of the Aber hotel chain across various regions in Saudi Arabia, I participated on-site in surveying and engineering staking for multiple project locations, notably the Aber Al-Munsiyah Hotel. My responsibilities included establishing control points, preparing the digital terrain model (DTM), and precisely adjusting foundation levels to ensure alignment between civil and structural works and approved plans.
Additionally, I prepared and reviewed detailed survey plans, marked property boundaries, and positioned project elements according to architectural designs, ensuring execution accuracy and strict engineering discipline. This project significantly enhanced my expertise in managing multi-site hotel developments and adapting quickly to diverse environments without compromising quality.


Developing Egyptian Villages – Hayah Karima Initiative
As part of the national “Hayah Karima” initiative to develop rural Egypt, I had the honor of leading large-scale surveying works across multiple villages covering extensive areas. This included comprehensive surveys of roads, buildings, public facilities, agricultural and private property boundaries, and producing accurate final maps reflecting real site conditions.
I relied on global coordinate systems (UTM) to ensure precise georeferencing and integration with national networks, establishing and documenting permanent control points with high accuracy. This provided a reliable engineering database foundational for all sectors—utilities, roads, construction, and electricity—in planning and execution. This project was more than surveying; it was a critical cornerstone enabling sustainable, effective rural development, without which accurate infrastructure and urban planning would be impossible.
